A Hybrid-Grills Stainless Steel Barbecue Grill and Smoker Unit Needs a Minimal Amount of Care.  If You Follow These Simple Steps, Your Hybrid-Grill Will Last a Very Long Time.  Probably Longer Than You Will!

 1.  After using your Hybrid Grill, always allow all ashes to cool and clean them all out of the unit placing in an outdoor metal ash can or other acceptable container.  Ash can be very corrosive to any grill and your Hybrid Grill's stainless steel  materials are more corrosion resistant than other grills.  However, it will last longer if you follow this simple step.  You wind up having to clean the ashes out of your smoker grill sooner or later anyway. 

 2.  Don't store your Hybrid Grill unit where it is constantly getting wet to the point it never completely dries out on the inside.  Keeping your Hybrid Grill under a patio cover is ideal.  Unless you live in a very dry climate, we don't recommend putting a cover or tarp over your smoker grill for storage.  What you want to avoid at all costs is storing your Hybrid Grill unit with moist or wet ashes inside it.

Remember, thick gauge stainless steel make Hybrid Grills, look better, cook better and last longer!
